How are exhibition stand prices calculated?
Stand prices depend on stand size (m²), stand type (wooden, modular, double-deck), materials, the amount of graphics and LED screens, furniture, electrical needs and the host city or country. Request a free quote with your stand size and fair details for an exact price.
How far in advance should I order an exhibition stand?
We recommend at least 3–4 weeks for fairs in Türkiye and 6–8 weeks for international fairs. For urgent projects we can deliver within 7–10 days.
Is the 3D stand design free?
Yes. We prepare a bespoke 3D stand design free of charge during the quotation stage.
Which venues do you serve?
All venues in Istanbul — TÜYAP, Istanbul Expo Center (CNR), IFM and Lütfi Kırdar — plus Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Konya; internationally, fairs in Germany, Europe and the Middle East.
Are installation and dismantling included?
Yes. Our quotes are turnkey and include design, production, transport, installation, on-site support during the show and dismantling.
Do you handle organiser approvals?
Yes. We submit the stand project to the organiser, apply for electrical connections and handle all technical documentation on your behalf.
